Take a look at the data and see if you notice anything unusual. Proponents of global warming will find no amunnition here as the vast majority of major snowstorms in New York City weather history have all occurred in the last 15 years.

Since 1869 there have been only 11 snowstorms that dumped over 18 inches of snow in Central Park. Six of the snowstorms have all occurred in the last 15 years. Seven have occurred in the last 20 years.
What to make of the snowstorm data? It's probably just random weather fluctuations but it could signal the start of the next ice age or the next mini ice age. It certainly is troubling data for proponents of global warming.
